About Business Development Coordinator (BDC)
Business Development Coordinator is an independent promoter of the business of the Company. He never invests in this purpose, but only provides information-based support to the company. He utilizes his experience of marketing to visualize the future market for the Company. He provides area-wise data and information about the requirements in his area.
The sales and marketing executives are bound to the Business Development Coordinator, however, BDC need not to pay salary or expenses to the executives. He has to monitor the working of employees in this area. The company used to hire sales and marketing executives with the support of BDC. A BDC has all the feedbacks of executives working in his area.
Against the information and support by the BDC, the company pays a fixed percentage of sales in the area. Mostly 1 BDC is linked to 5-6 executives and the sale of these executives is the total sale under the BDC. The Company pays the BDC according to sales.
Eligibility for Business Development Coordinator (BDC)
1. Minimum five years experience in sales, marketing and management.
2. Well known to location around 200 km.
3. Minimum qualification should be a graduation.
4. Knowledge of computer operation, internet, gmail, facebook and social media.
5. Have regular internet facility, personal smart phone and laptop in working condition.
Responsibilities of Business Development Coordinator (BDC)
1. Market feedback and requirement analysis of the area.
2. Hiring support to the Company for sales executive in the area (150 to 200 km).
3. Sales monitoring and mentorship of Sales Executives.
4. Feedback of Sales Executives.
5. Local Branding Support.
6. Suggest the Company for new hiring or transfer and promotion of executives.
